My pronouns are she/her/hers. I was a stressed AF consultant chomping on a drawer filled of snacks rushing from one client deadline to another.


Believe it or not, (personal story)


(how many years later), I am now able to navigate the corporate world a little better in between zoom calls and teaching yoga. I still work for a Big 4 company so you could say I practice what I preach.

Once I figured out how to manage my stress without having to quit my job, I knew that I wanted to share this with other stressed out folx who are running themselves dry.

The practice of yoga has taught me to be more intentional about how I wrap up my day after work. It's easy to just get back home and pour a glass of wine, sit on the couch and watch (insert what ideal client favorite tv show).
