I have been practicing yoga on and off since 2011 but it wasn’t until 2016 that her practice became consistent. After taking different classes all over Charlotte, NC in an effort to “even out” my stressful life style and high intensity workouts, I realized that I no longer wanted yoga to be my "rest day" or add on workout. I started to feel the benefits not only physically but also mentally
and spiritually as well. In 2018 I took the plunge with my first
200 Hour teacher training at Carolina Yoga in Fort Mill. As I deepened my knowledge and practice I found I wanted to share this love and healing with as many people as I could. I enjoy teaching vinyasa style yoga including Power and Slow Flow with a focus on alignment. I love providing students with hands on assists allowing them to feel the correct alignment in each pose and experiencing a fuller expression of each posture. Come meet me on your mat throughout the week to flow and experience all the benefits of yoga.

One-On-One Coaching Sessions

During this 90 minute workshop you'll take your yoga practice to the next level.  We'll warm up our muscles through a yoga flow, then add in strength and cardio training bursts for the bulk of class.  At the end of class we'll rejuvenate our muscles with deep stretch poses.

Small Groups & Workshops

This 90 minute workshop infuses power yoga, strength training, cardio, deep stretch and restorative poses into one all encompassing workout.
