Is It Hard For You To Sleep?

Updated: Aug 10, 2022

Let's talk about the environment your are sleeping in.

You can make easy tweaks to level up your sleep environment which can make falling and staying asleep so much easier!

Temperature

Optimal sleeping temp is 68-70 degrees Fahrenheit leaning more towards the lower end unless you are always cold! This can help you fall asleep snuggled under your sheets or blankets which creates a sense of support and safety

Lighting

Make it dark. Sleep in total darkness either with the help of blackout shades or the use of an eye mask. It helps our natural sleep/ wake cycle (circadian rhythm). Light signals our hormones which signals the rest of our body that it is time to wake up. By having a dark sleeping environment you're more likely to stay asleep!

Try it tonight and see how it goes!
