Let's talk about the environment your are sleeping in. You can make easy tweaks to level up your sleep environment which can make falling and staying asleep so much easier!
Temperature: optimal sleeping temp is 68-70 degrees Fahrenheit leaning more towards the lower end unless you are always cold! This can help you fall asleep snuggled under your sheets or blankets which creates a sense of support and safety
Lighting: make it dark. Sleep in total darkness either with the help of blackout shades or the use of an eye mask. It helps our natural sleep/ wake cycle (circadian rhythm). Light signals our hormones which signals the rest of our body that it is time to wake up. By having a dark sleeping environment you're more likely to stay asleep!
