Happy Baby is a great pose to help relieve abdominal discomfort and having your feet above your heart help circulate blood and oxygen relaxing your nervous system. Hold 1-3 minutes.
Legs Up The Wall, I have an IGTV showing you how to get into and out of this pose and a post on the benefits so check those out with questions! This pose can help recirculate your blood as well and relaxes your mind. Hold anywhere from 3-20 minutes
Childs Pose is a great pose to center/ ground yourself and can offer you a sense of calm and stability when held for 3-5 minutes.
